Dieses ASPEC®-System bietet die ultimative Workflow-Automatisierung von Festphasenextraktionsanwendungen (SPE) für kleine bis große Volumina durch die Kombination von flexibler Überdruck-SPE mit präzisem Liquid Handling, großer Tray-Kapazität und In-Line-Integration mit Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Systemen (LC). Mit einer einzigen Sonde eignet sich dieses System ideal für Anwendungen mit geringerem Durchsatz. Es ist zudem äußerst flexibel, sodass Sie andere Probenvorbereitungstechniken, wie z.B. die Liquid Liquid Extraktion (LLE), automatisieren können. In Kombination mit ASPEC SPE-Kartuschen erzeugt das System eine reproduzierbare und effiziente Probenaufreinigung für Umweltforschungslabore.

Überdruck für reproduzierbare Extraktionen

Die Überdruckextraktion mit dem einzigartigen Verschlusskappendesign erhöht die Reproduzierbarkeit von Probe zu Probe. Die Spritzenpumpe liefert eine genaue Volumenabgabe.

Intelligentes Design für maximale Leistung

Mobile Rack-Technologie ermöglicht eine mehrfache Fraktionselution und Extraktion pro Probe und zusätzliche Probenvorbereitungsschritte nach der SPE. Der breite Volumenbereich mit der Doppelspritzen-Pumpenoption kann Volumina bis hinab zu 10 µL für kombinierte Probenreinigungs- und Liquid-Handling-Anwendungen handhaben.

Vielseitige Funktionen für große Probenvolumina

Die Sonde ist mit einem Probenauswahlventil verbunden für große Volumina, ohne den Platzbedarf für das Liquid-Handler-Tray zu kompromittieren, was eine zuverlässige Automatisierung und Flexibilität für klein- und großvolumige SPE-Anwendungen gewährleistet. Optionale mobile Racks mit zwei Abflüssen trennen wässrige und organische Abfälle, um die Entsorgungskosten zu senken.

Intuitive Fehlerbehandlung für zuverlässige Ergebnisse

Das Spritzenpumpen-Drucksensormodul bietet eine Fehlerbehandlung für hohen Kartuschendruck oder verstopfte Flüssigkeitsleitungen und überwacht den Druck auf jedem Flüssigkeitsweg individuell. Optionale Jet-Wash-Spülstationen minimieren Verschleppung und Kreuzkontamination.

Vielseitige Softwaresteuerung für optimierte Produktivität

Die TRILUTION® Software lässt mehrere Liquid-Handling-Anwendungen, wie z.B. LLE und SPE, auf demselben ASPEC-System zu. Optimieren Sie den Durchsatz und die Effizienz, indem Sie Proben im Batch- oder sequenziellen Modus verarbeiten. Mit der Mehrfachelution können Sie die Methodenentwicklung automatisieren und optimieren.

  • Standard-Racks für 1-, 3- und 6-ml-SPE-Polypropylen- und Glaskartuschen

  • Tray-Kapazität für die unbeaufsichtigte Verarbeitung von bis zu neun Proben

  • Platz für eine Reihe von Probenvolumina von Millimetern bis Litern

  • Mehrfachfraktionselution (bis zu neun mit 1-mL-Kartuschen)

  • Mehrere sequentielle Extraktionen aus derselben Probe

  • Eluate in versiegelte Injektionsfläschchen oder direkt in ein LC-Injektionsventil übertragen

  • Zugriff auf fünf Lösungsmittelreservoirs

  • Einzelspritzenpumpe für Luftstoß von Spritzen oder externen Luftquellen

  • Modulares Design für eine große Auswahl an Sammelröhrchen von 2-ml-Vials bis 18-ml-Röhrchen (16 x 100 mm)

  • Optionales GX-Direktinjektionsmodul für In-Line-Injektionen in HPLC- oder LC/MS-Systeme

  • Option für Doppelspritzenpumpe für die Handhabung von Volumina zwischen 10 ?L und 25 mL mit hoher Genauigkeit und Präzision

  • Kann als SPE-Instrument oder Liquid-Handling-Instrument eingesetzt werden und ermöglicht eine einfache Vor- und Nachreinigung.
